- Complete and return forms and fees. Check the FORMS tab on this website to find the forms that need to be completed. Return them to Mr. Shaffer at your next band practice. Take special care to return Pirates ticket forms and fees ASAP! Don’t forget: each student must purchase a ticket for the Pirates game. If this is a financial hardship, please speak privately with Mr. Shaffer.
- All West Virginia students must have a current physical to participate in band. Physicals completed after May 1, 2021 can be used for all sports including band throughout the 2021-2022 school year.
- Sign up for Remind App. An email was sent with the Remind details to the email address provided on the Contact Information form. If you have not received this email, please check to make sure your child’s Contact Information form was returned and/or email us at mmsmarchingband@gmail.com.
- Sign up to donate items for our End Of Band Camp Party on the Sign-up Genius that was emailed to the email address on the Contact Information form. Email us if you did not receive an invitation to the Sign-up.
- Assemble SUMMER UNIFORM. Details are in a post on this website called “Summer Uniform Information”.
- Make sure each student has a flip folder. Flip folders may be purchased at Fawley’s Music in Sabraton. Bring flip folders to band camp.
