- Complete and return forms and fees. Check the FORMS tab on this website to find the forms that need to be completed. Return them to Mr. Shaffer at your next band practice. If this is a financial hardship, please speak privately with Mr. Shaffer.
- All West Virginia students must have a current physical to participate in band. Physicals completed after May 1, 2022 can be used for all sports including band throughout the 2022-2023 school year.
- Sign up for Remind App by texting @mmsbandb to 81010. If you have not received any emails from us, please check to make sure your child’s Contact Information form was returned and/or email us at mmsmarchingband@gmail.com to be added.
- Sign up to donate items for our End Of Band Camp Party on the Sign-up Genius that will be emailed to the email address on the Contact Information form. Email us if you do not receive an invitation to the Sign-up by Monday, July 25, 2022.
- Assemble SUMMER UNIFORM. Details are in a post on this website called “Summer Uniform Information”.
- Make sure each student has a flip folder. Flip folders may be purchased at Fawley’s Music in Sabraton. Bring flip folders to band camp.
