- All band students should attend practice on Monday, August 8, 2022 from 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. at Mountaineer Middle School’s band room.
- The Mon County Fair Parade will be on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. on High Street.
- Lineup is 6:45 p.m. on Willey Street by the Book Exchange.
- We will wear summer uniforms: blue band t-shirts, black shorts, black crew socks, and black Dinkles shoes. Band commanders, majorettes, and silks should wear the uniform as decided by their instructor. Students should arrive fully dressed in summer uniform with their instruments/equipment.
- Do not bring instrument cases to the parade lineup location.
- When the band has finished the parade, students will be dismissed to their families. Please make arrangements to meet your child when they’re done marching.
- As with any parade, weather can sometimes be a concern. Look for a remind message/email and check this website for updates.
